IO Education Acquires eSchoolData, Expanding Northeast Presence

Acquisition provides eSchoolData users with an integrated assessment and data management platform while expanding IO’s rapidly growing client base

IO Education, a market leader in helping educators use data to improve student outcomes, announces the acquisition of eSchoolData, a provider of student and data management solutions for K-12 school districts.

Founded in 2002, eSchoolData’s products are used by over 250 school districts in New York and Pennsylvania. eSchoolData’s core student information system (SIS) offering is enhanced by complementary functionality including a teacher gradebook, a parent and student portal, a transportation management module and data analytics capabilities.
