Being held nationwide, full-day institutes provide educators with hands-on training using data-collection technology

Vernier Software & Technology will host 13 full-day, hands-on training institutes this summer to help science and STEM educators learn how to integrate data-collection technology into their curriculum. Led by knowledgeable training specialists, the institutes will provide attendees with the opportunity to use Vernier data-collection technology to explore classroom-ready experiments and activities.

“The Summer Institutes provide a great opportunity for teachers to learn new data-collection skills and techniques as they continue their professional learning,” said John Wheeler, CEO of Vernier Software & Technology. “Teachers can incorporate what they learn into their science curriculum to provide students with engaging, hands-on learning experiences using data-collection technology.”

The six-hour institutes support educators from a wide variety of grade levels and STEM disciplines, including physics, chemistry, biology, environmental/Earth science, and more. The $99 registration fee includes training, lunch, access to the Workshop Training Manual download, and your choice of one Vernier digital lab book.
