eLogic Learning’s Collaboration with Clients on Enhancements Results in Recognition for the Talented Learning Awards

Industry News

As part of the product development process, eLogic Learning regularly collaborates with clients on enhancements to improve its learning management application and client workflow abilities. This year, eLogic made several system improvements for extended enterprise clients and those in need of continuing education functionality. eLogic’s process resulted in a “Best Learning System Winner” award for Extended Enterprise and a “Best Learning System Finalist” award for Continuing Education from Talented Learning.

eLogic regularly collaborates with clients on application enhancements for its learning management system. As a company, they understand that listening to client feedback will likely mean improving the overall application and meeting the needs of other clients. One noteworthy client-driven enhancement made this year was an end-user file share feature, which greatly benefitted all of eLogic’s extended enterprise clients. Greg Shell, VP of Professional Services, said “I wish I could take credit for it, but this was 100% driven by one of our marquis clients, Classical Conversations.”

Companies using LMSs are seeing more and more value in leveraging the power of their organization in the learning development process. That’s why we’re seeing talent and development departments consider trends like social learning or user-generated content. They also look for ways to better share knowledge between teams. The end-user file share is anticipated to be a boon to any eLogic client hoping to make collaboration a part of engaging learners and enhancing the learning culture.

Other 2018 enhancements that eLogic can credit to their partnerships with clients include:
• Improvements to the organization and geography attributes

• Auto registration enhancements

• Event-specific curriculum assignments

• Registration forms with branching

eLogic is certain they would not be the highly recognized, configurable LMS they are recognized as being today if they did not listen to their clients. Mark Anderson, Chief Executive Officer of eLogic Learning, said “The best source of product feedback in any industry is your client base. eLogic has hundreds of client partners providing application feedback on an ongoing basis. This feedback is invaluable to us.”
eLogic’s client-driven development process resulted in a “Best Learning System Winner” award for Corporate Extended Enterprise Solutions and a “Best Learning System Finalist” award for Continuing Education Solutions from Talented Learning. The awards honor learning systems that Talented Learning’s analysts have interacted with for that year, fit the category specifications, and are endorsed by current or former customers and employees.

eLogic Learning is one of only five companies to be recognized in both categories.

John Leh, industry analyst and founder of Talented Learning, said of eLogic: “It has earned a place at the top of my go-to list as an all-purpose extended enterprise learning management system… this platform is a highly configurable workhorse.”
