Primary Concepts’ 3-D Phonics Bingo Earns the GEI Seal of Endorsement from Global Educator Institute

(San Francisco) – Primary Concepts’ 3-D Phonics Bingo has earned the Global Educator Institute (GEI) Seal of Endorsement, placing it among the best teaching products available today. GEI recognizes the very best in classroom-tested, teacher-approved learning products using a vigorous review process. Products bearing the GEI Seal of Endorsement have earned the distinction because of their ability to improve learning and the learning environment.

Designed for grades PreK-2, 3-D Phonics Bingo helps children master consonant and short vowel sounds using multi-sensory real-life objects such as spiders, trucks, and whistles.  The game includes 36 real-life 3-D objects, 4 multi-use laminated bingo cards, 45 plastic alphabet tiles, and a self-checking answer card.  Players can focus on beginning consonant, ending consonant or medial vowel sounds.

To be recognized by GEI, the product had to go through classroom testing by five GEI reviewers.  Each educator received the product and used it with his or her students. “I love 3-D Phonics Bingo. I enjoyed how my students were able to use the game three different ways,” said reviewer Michelle J. from California.

“We submitted our product to GEI because of the organization’s reputation for putting classroom products through a rigorous review. We develop our products with the needs of the teacher and students in mind and it is heartening to see that GEI reviewers felt like we met those needs,” said Jim Whitney, President of Primary Concepts.

Products that earn the GEI Seal of Endorsement have been subjected to an in-depth rubric that evaluates effectiveness, durability, value, and ease of use. GEI Reviewers submit their qualitative and quantitative feedback for review and analysis by the GEI Executive Team, which determines whether or not the product is to be awarded a GEI Seal of Endorsement. The GEI Executive Team has more than 100 years combined teaching and administrative experience, and includes a PhD, numerous state certifications, and a nationally recognized educational consultant.
