The Learning Counsel held their 2017 annual Gathering and Digital Transition Awards event in Henderson, Nevada. Education executives, innovators and influencers came together to share, network and honor those who are leading education's digital shift.

Attendees made connections and gained information that will be invaluable to them in their journey to digital transformation. The timely presentations about cyber security, machine learning, personalized teacher professional development, the national industry view, and tools that are available to support teaching and learning provided guidance for all who were present.

Industry presentations helped all educators to understand the many products out there so they can make informed purchase decisions in the coming year.

On the final day of the Gathering, 11 schools and districts were recognized for their work to not only transform the way they teach but for their management-level restructuring for digital delivery.
