What is Data Literacy? Professional development in schools typically doesn’t include the basic definitions of data literacy, nor the breakdown of the logic basics that go into evaluation of any data. 

Schools across the nation are delving into how to use data to improve learning.  They’re also attempting to use data to improve overall school operations, their fit to their local economy, and most of all, moving beyond individual opinions and relying on data to lead.
