Omni-AI is the convergence of many types of AI becoming a dynamic mesh—the foundational cognitive infrastructure enabling fluid, distributed, and collaborative AI applied in between and across existing disparate apps. It is even set to manage the precision scheduling of courses and coaching dynamically, setting a class moment as needed in varied time windows based on student pace and the accrual of cohorts. AI will not long remain a single-point solution but become the mind of the schooling enterprise. The potential unburdening of teachers and the level of personalization is set to change the models and job descriptions known for the last several hundred years – helping define that is critical.

Hanging back won’t work because Omni-AI is being driven by the strong winds of tech advancement combined with the fact that there are intractable problems in today’s schools: not enough teachers, accelerating enrollment loss to alternative schooling, high absenteeism and dwindling academic achievement nationwide.
