Email Communications and Newsletter Subscriptions
When you subscribe to The Learning Counsel Report or other Learning Counsel communications, we may process your information through trusted service providers, including Brevo, for the purpose of managing subscriptions, sending email communications, maintaining subscriber preferences, processing double-opt-in confirmations, and monitoring email engagement.
Subscription records and confirmation records may be maintained to document consent. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.
If you voluntarily provide a mobile phone number, Learning Counsel may use it for event-related communications, including schedule changes, venue information, map links, weather notifications, logistical updates, and event reminders.
Providing a mobile phone number does not automatically enroll an individual in promotional or marketing text messaging programs.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form or register for an event.

How do we protect your information?

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Intended uses may include your online expressed interest in topical Papers, Internet Seminars, Surveys, Events, and Training by Sponsors approved by Learning Counsel for those sponsors to reach out to serve your interest precisely. Any other use is prohibited. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.
Learning Counsel does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with approved event, research, or content sponsors only in connection with a user's expressed interest in a specific event, research paper, survey, webinar, training, leadership discussion, or sponsored content initiative. Such information may not be used for unrelated purposes.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
