Teachers often enter the workforce eager to do it all––design and facilitate lessons, monitor and track student progress, communicate feedback with students and parents, and grade everything. More than anything, teachers want to aptly meet the demands of the classroom and help their students to succeed. In order to support these efforts, and help teachers also make time for their personal lives, StudySync has partnered with bestselling author, coach, and blended learning expert Catlin Tucker to create The Balance podcast series.

The Balance offers insightful conversations between Tucker and experienced education professionals. Each episode focuses on different aspects of teaching, school design and culture, and ways that teachers can promote better learning outcomes while also finding a healthy work/life balance.  New episodes are released monthly.

“We are delighted to partner with Catlin Tucker to create this series, offering perspectives from educators to promote a healthier work-life balance,” said Robert Romano, CEO of StudySync. “Teacher fatigue is becoming more prevalent than ever, and it’s important that we offer support to ensure positive attitudes towards teaching, and to help sustain the current workforce of educators.”

Episode four of The Balance is being released Feb. 20. To stay updated with StudySync and be notified when the next episode of The Balance is available, subscribe to the SyncUp newsletter.
